Auto Equipment Depot Sunco Automotive Equipment LLC Scammed and Stole my Money Tempe Nationwide

Myself and my business partner purchased a larger amount of products from Auto Equipment Depot back in Jan of this year. We paid in full upfront big mistake on our part! Shortly after receiving our payment Alan and Auto Equipment Depot became impossible to reach either by phone or email. Last contact with Alan was Feb 21st via email. We have contacted everybody there is to contact AG, FBI, FTC, LOCAL TEMPE POLICE, and BBB. We have been told that we need to start a civil suit. I'm posting this in hopes that others that have been taken by this man will reach out to us and we can start a class action suit if possible. I can be reached at (((REDACTED))).
