I also ordered from the Auto Equipment Depot and never received my purchase even though I have paid in full! I have since filed a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General and BBB. I have contacted my lawyer and we are moving forward with a lawsuit. Tired of playing games and seeing this post just confirms that they are cons stealing people's hard earned money!

Get your lawyer! I got mine!

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Monday, January 09, 2017

You represent your company well. You know what kind of scam your running. Fact is if I had not located some of the equipment myself I still wouldn't have it! The same equipment you lied about and said couldn't be had for months. I found less than 30 miles away! Lies are your stock and trade. I say you get your lawyer to contact mine and let's let the courts settle it. You and your company are totally worthless and I have the upmost confidence in the legal system and feel confident in the out come. Folks I point this out. If half of what I say is false that means half is not. How much are you willing to lose by doing business with these turds?!

FACTS - you decide

AUTHOR: Auto_Equipment_Depot - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, January 06, 2017

Fact 1- customer orders equipment Fact 2 - customer does not put out any of his own money, rather financing is required, subprime financing at that due to hi risk nature of credit applicant Fact 3 - customer completes financing and order is placed Fact 4 - order is delayed due supply chain and credit issues of supplier , delay is 6 weeks - 8 weeks Fact 5 - the daleyed delivery date is communicated several times to the customer in writing Fact 6 - customer did not attempt to cancel, rather made attempts (some would blackmail) to demand cash payment as a result of delay Fact 7 - supplier agrees to pay customer $750 for delayed delivery Fact 8 - customer is not required to make payments to finance company until after delivery Fact 9 - supplier is attempting to complete delivery but customer will not accept delivery until he receives cash payment from supplier Fact 10- customer receives cash payment, order is delivered completely Please decide yourself if there was any fraud, deception, illegal activity on this transaction that would warrant the claims being made by this customer, who is one out of several thousand. We acknowledged our mistakes, we tried to be nice, sincere, and we addressed this situation as urgently as we could. You can decide if this warrants any further response, or if it should even be posted here in the first place

Showing your true colors!

Number 1 if had to have a cosigner does that mean I'm a bad person? Number 2 I never used my mother as a cosigner! Number 3 I did finally receive the equipment and a check for $750. Number 4 who paid you on August the 26th 2015 is not important. You were paid for the equipment months before any of it was received! Number 5 your company's totally lied numerous times and yes I cursed you out! You delayed the opening of a $2,000,000.00 business! Yep I may have said some bad words! Number 6 the police in your home town considered your actions as fraudulent and ask me to get back with them if there was no resolution. I am ready willing and able to provide proof to every statment I have made!

CUSTOMER POSTING FALSE REPORT - FALSE CLAIM

AUTHOR: Auto_Equipment_Depot - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 04, 2017

This report, filed by Miles Walker, from Georgia, is flat out false. The cusotmer simply received their equipment late. They did not incur any losses, or lost money. In fact, they did not even pay for the equipment, they financed the equipment, and had to have his mother co-sign for him (this is a grown man, 40+ years old). He uses profanity, and is very unprofessional. We did acknowledge the equimpent was delivered late, and apologized, and gave him a $750 cash rebate.

It is very unfortunate that this person would post false information lke this, especially since we really bent over backwards to get him the financing he needed, so he could order the equipment in the first place. None the less, this is a totally false report, and I can provide 100% supporting documentation to corroborate my summarized version of events. Again, customer is not being honest, and is posting 100% false information.

They were not ripped off, They ordered $15k worth of equipment, and $15k worth of equipment they ordered was delivered to them. Grated delivery was late, but this was acknowledged and consideration was given, and accepted by Mr. Miles Walker. Please feel free to contact us for further information, either by phone at 888-990-1786, or by email at manager@autoequipmentdepot.com or visit us online, and www.autoequipmentdepot.com
