Auto Expo Great Neck Suzuki I bought a car advertise 285 x 84 month end up paying 8,000 more the add on masterny.com is just to actract people then they say its only principal then they give you low interest and once you sin the Great Neck, New York

 December  2009 I decide to buy a car BMW X3 from  Auto expo Ent., Inc advertise on Mastersny.net


After looking and driving the car  I try to confirm the price with the sale person. $2995 down plus $285 a month as advertise for 72 month  plus sales tax.


I agreed and met with the financial person.



At this point the rate was 289 a month for 84 month principal only big change but I still went for it.




Since I was going to payoff the car in the next 2 month I did not pay much attention for the interest.



So I agreed for the 289 for 84 month  =  24276   plus interest averaging about 100 dollar a month so the total was 399 a month this was worked out on a piece of paper which I signed as well.


Unfortunately I signed a bunch of paperwork but did not get a copy of all of them as promised.



The fraud is that they left the 399 a month but the principal amount was changed to $29510



After going back to the dealer to complain  with MAX  (be aware of him )  he kick me out of the office just telling me you signed the papers.



So dont buy cars at this dealer you sign you screwed.

No, it wasn't because they failed to give you copies of paperwork...it wouldn't have made any difference any way.  Obviously, you signed papers which legally bind you to terms and conditions WITHOUT reading what in the hell you were signing!  On top of that, you finance this thing for 84 months!  Hello??? Anybody home upstairs?

Sorry we rectified that you did not make a sale with any of the employees from Auto Expo Ent. Inc.

Your purchased your vehicle from Mastercars USA.  they purchased the vehicle from us, and sold it to you.  A popular transaction in the automotive industry,  It's like sharing.  However the vehicle that was purchased from us by Mastercars USA was then sold to you. 
The Seller in this case is Mastercars USA. 
The seller WAS NOT AUTO EXPO ENT. INC.  Again we ask you kindly and beg for you to re-write or update this claim.

You are making a false statement on this website and if you can read their legal notice False Statements are NOT ALLOWED!.

Your Finance Manager was MAX, he works for a different dealership, we do not know him, he does not work for us. 
Why is this so complicated for you to comprehend.  Why is it so hard for you to re-write this claim. 
Why is it that all your direct complaints went to their dealership not ours?  You have never wrote, called or contacted us in this matter, only Mastercars USA.  But when you wanted to make public notification and condemn action you wrote our name.  That does not make sense. 

In all fairness please make it correct..

My mistake was to buy the car from you insted of  going to a BMW dealer because I believed doing business private would be simple. Big mistake dealing with Auto Expo they screw me about 5,000  but I will do whatever I can do to tell my friends and co

We regret to inform any mistakes that were made by this posting.  


Unfortunately this claim is incorrect.  None of our salespeople or employee's sold this vehicle.  This car was wholesaled to another dealership in the area as they had a customer for it.  The customer had signed some of our paperwork because it was our car but we DID NOT administer the sale.  There is no single employee working here by the name of MAX.  There is a MAX working in a local dealership within a mile or so from Auto Expo but he is in no way employed or affiliated by our dealership in any part.


We are sorry for any confusion you had, and for any questions or comments please regards to the company that sold you that vehicle personally.


I would appreciate it if you could update this information from your end sir.  Please do so because it is not fair for us to take the blame.  I am sure you understand that!!
