I purchased a 2001 GMC Jimmy from this company in December 2013 for $5999 with a high interest rate. Initially when I viewed the vehicle the price was posted as $4999. Then when I said I was interested then it was $5999. So I bought it and have been sorry ever since. I have spent $7000 on repairs for it. Today I emailed for my pay off because I want to be done with them. According to my records my pay off should be $1600 and then said it is still nearly $2200. I sent them all the payments I have made to them all on time or before equalling well over $3463.86 from August of 2014 (not including my down payment and all the payments between December 2013 to July 2013. Today they said I still owe them that much. This is utterly ridiculous. The blue book value of this vehicle is $2604. They are scam artists.

They did fix my situation so I do thank them for that. The new manager was easier to work with and offered a very nice solution for my concerns.
