Auto Giants Repossessed my vehicle, even though it was financed by someone else and all payments were made! Temple HIlls Maryland

Trust and believe, I have Westlake in the lawsuit,. The reason my issue is mostly with Auto Giants, is prior to the re-assignement of the contract they did not validate any of the information from Westlake, Auto Giants did NOT notify me of an issue, there was nothing from either business. 

Then when I call and attempt to get assistance, Auto Giants would not return my call, they insisted they would attempt to resolve this,  They send one of their guys to my home in the middle of the night and toolk my vehile, The tow truck driver cursed me, scraped the entire side of my significant others truck, tore up my drive way, refused to give me any information. THEN when I asked Auto Giants for the contact information, I was told they don't know who it was, it was "someone" they contracted.  I was fortunate enough to discover just two days ago, that my home security captured everything on camera, inlcuding them hanging out the window screaming at me., also including the license plate and info on the side.  My attorney is working on getting the informaiton to add them to the lawsuit for property damage.

Had Westlake been the only one to make the mistake, and Auto Giants contacted me and treated me like a human being, letting me know the situation, and work with me to get my money back, Money that is mine since yes, I do have my statements, pulled my Western Unionn statements, my  Credit Bureau showing current and reporting every month fo4 5 months.  

I have made my payments, jumped thru the hoops to get this loan, and be told it was a first payment default, when they took the first payment and every single payment from that point on. Westlake ulimately made the decision, whiuch is why they are included, BUT, Westlake also returned every single paymetnt along with the contract, so Auto Giants, has my down paymnent of $5850, my monthly paynents totaling over $3300, AND the vehicle, which I put $1000.00 worth of repairs into. ALSO, they sent an irrepitatle tow truck to my home who did approximately $2000 worth of damage to personal property. 

So,  in my opinion, a lot of this could have been avoided IF  Auto Giants would have contact me, offiered my money back to me, THEN we could have went after Westlake togethter. Instead, the owner and General Manager barade me, wont get me answers and destroys my property. AND keep every dime I have in a car. Even though Westlake is wrong and will be sued for Breach of Contract, Auto Giants, Breached the contract, committed fraud, theft property damage and overall just have HORRIBLE Business practices. I have even given thetm chance after chance to fix this, yet they pretty much say, we will give you $1000.00, to go away, and you better thank us for doing YOU the favor! 

So believe me, I have filed complaints with CFPB, BBB, Rip off report, Yelp, and various other avenues of social media on both Westlake and Auto Giants. 

As per your own words, Westlake financed this purchase.  They are the people you need to be talking with because that is the entity to which you made the payments.  I presume you have proof all the payments were paid by your bank and you maintained the required insurance as well.
