On 5/7/2015, I purchased a 2008 Mustang GT from Auto House of Salisbury, N. C. over the phone after seeing said vehicle on eBay. Auto House insisted on making 'Our Deal" off eBay otherwise I would have to pay the full asking price. They 'obligated' Me to purchase a 24 month bumper to bumper "Service Contract" for an additional $1800.
When the vehicle arrived, there was No Paperwork anywhere inside of the vehicle arter a thourough search. I then phoned the Saler Manager Who sold the vehicle to Me;; Michael Burke, asking for the itimized Sales Contract as well as a copy of the 24 Sales Contract. Mr. Burke tole Me that He would have said paperwork in the mail by the close of Business that Day.
Well, it never happened, even after 20+ calls to Mr. Burke until He left Auto House, on to the Finance Department, Who is in charge of My Paperwork, Who wold 'accidentally be dis-connected, on a number of occassions. It has got to the point that when I call Them, they automatically 'Hang Up' on Me. I cannot get anywhere with anybody at Auto House now.
I have encountered some strange noise coming from under the hood as well as intermittant starting issues which require that the Vehicle be seen at the Repair Department at a Ford Dealer. Auto House would NOT even provide to Me the Service Contract Policy Number, and would not even give Me the Name of the Contract Provider!!!
I al also suspicious that Auto House/Michael Burke had tacked on a few erronious charges to the original Financed Bill, which was bought by the Brand Bank. I have no way of identifying any transactions made with Auto House and am highly frustrated with not being able to get My vehicke serviced!
Therefore I DEMAND the return of the $1800 I paid for the 24 month service contract and I also demand an Itemized copy of Any and ALL CHARGES pertaining toward the purchase of my 2008 Ford Mustang!
