Auto line, LLC Salesperson was Chris, owner/mgr on premises is Argentine, can't recall name. Lied about value and condition of car they sold me for 10K. Said it's worth 15K. It's actually worth 7K. I put 3K down, 17% interest was best they could do they said. After 5 payments, my payoff is 13K and the new battery they,said they put in is actually old and damaged, the engine ceased up and needs new and breaks faulty too. They charged fees tag/registration and title but then again for registation. Im out my downpayment, my car and now my pay off is 13K after 5 payment +my down? Scam artist dishonest crooks!  Auto line LLC would only take cash down payments, not even my Visa debit. They told me they were giving me a deal, an '09 Infinity for 10K but worth 15k Not true, I found out later it's worth 7K. They told me they put in a new battery, that's why I had to wait to drive it off the lot. Not true. The battery died and it turned out to be old and damaged. They told me the car had no mechanical issues. Not true. The transmission acted slippy and the engine ceased up, needing to be replaced less than 3 thousand miles later. They took 3K down and told me they were putting tax, tag, title and registration on the financed remaining 7K or I could register myself. Not true, Chris (salesperson) started calling me 1-2 times per week to pick up my registration when I told him I was out of State for 3 months and I had to pay him an additional over $120 to get my registration. They told me they got me the best finance deal with Westlake Financial out of Los Angeles. Not true, they're charging me 17% interest on my 7k balance and after 5 payments, my payoff is 13K! I now have no car, or one that needs a 5K engine, I'm out my 3K down payment, have to pay the finance payments of $408/month and I'm upside down on the deal by 13K payoff and cost of new engine and I'm on foot. This dealership is the epitome of dishonesty, bad service to the customer and just plain criminal! M. Caudill
