I took auto loan with Auto loan LLC. The loan was for $1150 . My first payment was due on 4/19/15. I called to inform them it would be 5 days late . They informed me my payment was only for interest. I said that was not the agreement I made. 4 days later my car was repossessed . Now they are saying I need to come up with $1200 to release my car , over a $247 payment that was 4 days late

Makala, Kib, Kayla I pay every month it started on the 10th of every month since july 29, 2014, I guess it was suppose to be payments of 237.60 , but they said I could make payment of $224.00 a month so i said ok that sounds good to me now in august 2015 i needed to make my balloon payment couldnt do it so they gave me a modified wat ever that means well i asked if i could make payment on the 3rd of every month starting this month. They say I didnt pay my bank is declining the payment I went to bank they showed me the payment went thru it was on autoloans.llc. problem now I dont know if they lost all my information or what but they dont even have my address strange. all the ppl. I use to know there are no longer there like Dustin or John. Please help me I'm disabled and live on a fixed income monthly and depend on my car to get I and my 5 grandchildren to dr. appts. and shopping for food. Rarotonga Cook Islands

Auto Loans LLC Saying we can move my bill date, Agreeing then adding a extra $100 to bill. Not in the US. Never told us that when we made a payment is was ONLY for interest. Well still have to pay back the full amount Internet

Auto Loans LLC WOULD LIKE TO ENTER I N A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT!!! Changed The date of my first payment and even got it in writting to a later date. They Agreed to the arrangement and I thought every thing was fine. They contacted me because there was an issue with the account. I told them I could make the payment that day of $297. That is when they informed me that I now had to pay and extra $100 for a.repossession fee, when i still had the vehicle in my possession.. I want to join the class action lawsuit so this company can be stop. i was also informed that it was illegal in the state of North Carolina. Rarotonga Internet
