Auto Loans LLC. Makala, Kib, Kayla I pay every month it started on the 10th of every month since july 29, 2014, I guess it was suppose to be payments of 237.60 , but they said I could make payment of $224.00 a month so i said ok that sounds good to me now in august 2015 i needed to make my balloon payment couldnt do it so they gave me a modified wat ever that means well i asked if i could make payment on the 3rd of every month starting this month. They say I didnt pay my bank is declining the payment I went to bank they showed me the payment went thru it was on autoloans.llc. problem now I dont know if they lost all my information or what but they dont even have my address strange. all the ppl. I use to know there are no longer there like Dustin or John. Please help me I'm disabled and live on a fixed income monthly and depend on my car to get I and my 5 grandchildren to dr. appts. and shopping for food. Rarotonga Cook Islands

I want my car title back, i recieved a loan in July 29th 2014 I should of been done by this month. been making payments of 224.00 a month. its been a year now over 4 mths. since a year I been paying, but they gave me a modified and said i will be done making payments in Dec. 2018 , I'm making payments of 230.00 a month now and,I use to make on the 10th of every mth. 3 months ago they I started making payment arraingements on the 6th then this mth I asked to move to the 3rd of every month of 230.00 a month Please I'm taking care of myself barelly, and my 5 grandchildren help someone please.

Relief from WA department of financial institute

Go file a online complaint to WA attorney general and WA department of financial institute. If you log on to DFI, u will find a final order from DFI against auto loans llc, car loans llc, sovereign lending solutions llc(all associated), ordering these companies to stop collecting from WA residents and all loans are unforceable and uncollectible! Also order them to repay all fees and interest to borrowers. So down load the final order and email to these companies and demand for refund for settlement! Stop paying them anymore money! I'm meeting with a attorney next week to discuss on how to petition in court to get back the car tittle. Will let u know the progress.
