Very poor service experiences following the purchase of my 2013 Passat. Was promised at time of purchase (Aug 2012) The dealership would provide routine compliementary car washes... Did Not.
Promised I would be provided a loaner car when service was needed ( like Park Place does),,, Did not.
Sold a maintenance contract that was "pitched" as all inclusive coverage... Truth is, it only pays for oil changes and nothing else.
DO NOT trust what they tell you in the finance office! Pay a little more and go to dealer with integrity.
I have bought VW's from the other VW dealers in Dallas and have a very good buying experience... Stay away from this one!!
