Allow me to give you a quick snapshot of the headache I have been dealing with over the past 7 weeks due to the negligence of Auto Parts Warehouse. I ordered a BEHR brand radiator on 8-2-11. The Radiator arrived at my place of business on 8-15-11. 13 days after I ordered it! The flange on the BEHR radiator is too big to accept the radiator cap. I slightly modified my radiator cap to force it to fit around the flange, but this did not work.

I have called the Auto Parts Warehouse call center 15 times over the past 7 weeks in an attempt to rectify this problem. Ive waited on hold several times for longer than a 30 min at a time. I have requested a manager to call me back several times and no one returns my call. I have requested to speak with Elizabeth Feeney several times and she is always mysteriously unavailable.

After weeks of hearing and trying to decipher Auto Parts Warehouse lies, deceit, misconduct and delinquency, I finally received a replacement radiator from them. This time it is a Silla brand radiator. I checked the radiator cap to make sure it fit, and it did. However; after installing the Silla radiator and the radiator cap it became apparent that there was steam coming out from the flange on the radiator. The flange on the Silla brand radiator is just a little too small and so the cap can not hold pressure in the radiator.

I decided to go to a local auto parts store and purchase a radiator. I bought one brought it to my business installed it and it fits perfectly.

Attached with my letter is an invoice for my shop labor for the installation of 2 different radiators, 2 coolant exchanges and disposal fees. Over $879 of undue service charges because of Auto Parts Warehouse misconduct and delinquency.
