AUTO PLEX 2000 Tried to rip me off Lake Charles, Louisiana

My Husband wanted a bigger truck, so he saw a ford f250 super duty at AutoPlex 2000 at 1240 E Prien Lake Rd in  Lake Charles, La. He traded in his Paid off truck. One day after getting the ford it starts jumping all over the road and blowing out blue smoke. So he calls  AutoPlex and told the salesman and he said your gonna have to wait till the manager gets back he is out of town, so the next day being Thanksgiving they are closed so he calls the next day and they say no manager is here and we will have to wait till Monday.

Monday rolls around and they tell him its a done deal, even though we have not gave them the title to the nissian yet nor signed it over, they insist that the ford is ours and they will have to see about getting it fixed. At this point we are concerned about buying a truck that has issues.

So we just want our nissian back,Charlie Ceaser tell us to bring the truck to Bolton Ford to see what is wrong with the ford and they would fix it, we say we just want our nissian back they insist its a done deal, we have no 60 day plate, no registeration. They put us in a Saturn to drive while they figure out what to do.

At this point i have had enough with the run around, I go up to Auto Plex and DEMAND my nissian back, once agian Charlie Ceaser tells me its a done deal and i will NOT get my nissian back and he dont even need the title to my nissian they will just file for a lost title. He also tells me that he bought my nissian as an out right buy, i never got no bill of sale nor sigend the title to him, I am Perplexed as to why this idiot thinks cause I am a women I am ignorant as to how this works??? We proceed to argue, I call the Sheriff dept. the deputy comes out and listens to my side and theirs and tells me in his excat words" IF I COULD GO GET YOUR KEYS FOR YOU I WOULD, THIS DOESNT SEEM RIGHT. but its a civil matter. So i File a Compliant with the used car commissioner.

Later on that day Bolten ford calls my husband to let him know the repairs are gonna cost $4895.00  to fix the ford and also inform him that the truck has no cadallic converters (which its illegal to sell a vehicle without)  so my husband tells bolton ford to call auto plex and let them know, so bout 30 mins later Van AKA the GM of Auto Plex calls us back and tells us to go pick our nissian up.

This dealership is a ripoff, everybody rides cause they stick you in a note that you will be paying out the butt for, dont get caught up in their bull rent to own code word RTO, READ AND UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING YOU SIGN!!! Sale price was $36,000 after i would have paid 120 bi weekly payments, i would have paid $43,000 for a 2005 ford f250, then come to find out it was online for $20,000??

We got lucky, if i would have signed that title over we would have been out a truck and stuck with a broke one, and still have notes to pay...
