AutoPriceCanada Auto Price Canada sold a lemon Burlington Ontario

3 months ago I was sold a used 2004 Dodge sx2.0 by autoprice canada. it came at a high finance rate since my ex caused me to bankrupt by stealing my credit card and maxing it out so this car was all I could afford. they would not sell it to me without a 2 year Lubrico warranty, (another ripoff) so this car is going to end up costing me $13000 over the next 6 years to pay for it. well so far it's needed $3000 in repairs. one weekend after only having it for a month and a half, the car began shaking violently and the engine light came on, the next thing you know I have only one gear and i'm driving 50km/h at 3500 rpm. I was stranded out of town and called the dealership, they said there was nothing they could do about it and gave me the number to lubrico, convieniently lubrico is only open 9 to 5 monday to friday so no help from them. I called the dealership back and they said to bring it to any transmission place and lubrico would cover it. so I had it towed to aamco and had to find a ride home and go the weekend with no car. monday I called lubrico and they said they will not pay for work at aamco, so I ended up towing the car a second time to mr transmission where after having it repaired, still ended up costing me $300 with the warranty. the car worked somewhat ok after this but then sensors started to go, first the camshaft sensor, which caused me to almost get killed on the 400 highway when the car quit on me, then the oil pressure switch, now the car is making a clunking noise in the front end, and the transmission is starting to show the same symptoms again. looks like I might be going the next 6 years paying for a car that I can't even use.
