Went to call in a claim today, first time since getting the policy in 2006...no phone numbers available

I have been ripped-off by this company as well. Over the past year I have taken my car to get fixed 3 different times. I believed it to be "warrantied" by Auto Repair Warranty aka Auto Repair Group, I still have my contract locked in my file cabinet, and they have NEVER paid as agreed. I gave them 100% of the funds for the warranty coverage, and we must STOP THIS MADNESS. They will continue to take peoples money without providing the warranty coverage as agreed. This is fraud and we owe it to eachother and the American people to rise up and put these people in place. If there is anything I can do to file a class action lawsuit please let me know & I will get started right away!

Thank you for the info you provided in this report. I tried contacting the Auto Repair Group today to submit a claim. I have been consistently denied claims for the past several months from this company as they state the warranty only covers internally lubricated parts. Not really "bumper to bumper as they claimed. Of course, I was not able to reach this company by phone and discovered their web site no longer exists. I did have one "successful" claim with this company after my vehicle sat at the repair shop for over 3 weeks before they would pay for the part and have it shipped and pay for the repair.

Please contact me if there is any type of lawsuit being filed against these guys.

Thanks for those phone numbers in your report. I finally talked to both mikes. The son is very nasty he even threatened violence. They did just like you said claiming to know nothing about auto repair warranty. The son said  I have no course of action because I purchased an uninsured product. He called me and others  a--holes for doing so. He said he would love to take more money from me in court. I say Game ON.  Nice touch with the personal cell number as it seems to annoy him that we have it. These crooks are gloating in the fact that they scammed everybody. I hope a class action lawsuit  happens quickly. Please email me Lawyers info.

i have also purchased a warranty from this company, but have not had to use it yet. i called them today to see about getting one for my truck, thats when i noticed the problem. so i got on the internet and checked this out,and found all these reports against this company. i purchased mine in january 09'. if you can help me with this problem, i would gladly appreciate it. if u know of any legal action to take, let me know.    if there is a legal firm that sees this and would like to take the case, please help us who have been screwed over

I'M TOO A VICTIM OF AUTO REPAIR WARRANTYS SCAM..I'M OUT 1250.00 AND HAVE NO WARRANTY ON MY CAR.. THIS WHOLE FAMILY SCAMMED MANY PEOPLE OUT OF THERE HARD EARNED CASH AND THEY SHOULD PAY EVERYONE BACK. OPENING UP ANOTHER WEBSITE MAKES THEM THAT MUCH MORE CROOKED. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IS FINE WITH ME.PLEASE KEEP ME INFORMED

I have been ripped off also. I agree with everything you have written. I am interested in getting involved in a class action law suit and would like to be contacted. They got me for $1400 and never paid any of my valid claims. Now they just change their name and start over again.  This must be stopped. Any info would be great.
