AUTO REPO DEPOT Car Guys HENERY SOZA HAS THE VEHICLE AND MY DOWN PAYMENT glendale Arizona

 On February 13 2015 around 2 p.m my husband and I put 1000 down on a 2003 Chevrolet avalanche. The cluster instrument was not working, the check engine light would go on and come off, the windows didn’t work and it sounded like there was a hole in the muffler. Saturday morning February 14 at 9 am I called auto repo depot and spoke with the man that sold us the car. I told him there are too many problems with the vehicle and we just want to return it and get our money back. He said ok bring it in. when I arrived at the dealership he asked for my key, I gave him my key so that he could give me our money back. He went in and called the owner (Henry) said No I will not give her the money back. So the salesman told me to go have breakfast or run some errands that Henry would be back in about an hour. When I returned I waited for about 45r more minutes. When Henry showed I told him I wanted my money back because of all the problems. When I tried to tell him what was wrong with the truck he just screamed over me so that he couldn’t hear me. Finally I said ok I see you aren’t giving me my money so give me the truck key and I’ll just have the repairs made by someone else. He refused to give me my key and my money. I called the police out. Sergeant Jeffery I told the officer what the problem was and he went into the office and spoke with Henry. Henry told him I could take the truck after it was fixed or I could take them to court. I said we will take him to court. I left the dealership without the truck and without my money. Monday February 16 2015 I received a phone call from the salesman at auto repo depot I sent them to voicemail. When I checked my voicemail he stated that the avalanche was repaired and ready for pick up once we bring in our remaining down payment of 500 dollars. Our remaining down payment wasn’t due until Friday February 20 2015. February 25, 2015 received another call from auto repo depo saying that my car is ready. SO i called the finance company to see what they have to say about me terminating my loan agreement. the lady told me she can't do anything because she has no loan agreement for my husband or myself.
