Auto Seller Network Jumped thru all their hoops, still not reimbursed! Internet

After many, many phone calls trying to get me to buy their services, I finally relented when he lowered the price to $199, and I paid the money back guarantee fee, what a mistake! Once they charged me I got zero service, my ad was listed uncomplete, many mistakes, they didn't return phone calls. Supposedly they had all these buyers interested in a car like mine, and once I paid - suddenly no calls, no one interested! Very frustrating. After the three months I did everything they asked, had docs notarized, sent all paperwork with receipt requested, never heard a thing. Tons of emails and phone calls later, the last I received was an email in May, 2010 saying my refund was in process. Nothing after that. Huge ripoff!  Carol, Anaheim
