Please please google this company they are running a scam ,google express ship auto carriers or auto ship transport owner salvatore galbo names he is running scams. I bought their excuses they scammed $2500.00 in credit card charges and never paid me. They make all kinds of excuses we will pay you we will pay you. Or they dont answer the phone cause they are @ shabbat.
They are slick ,after I thought something was up I googled them and saw what they are doing believe it. I have contacted the authorities as they knew I needed my money for my daughters medicine but didnt care ,they are nothing but thieves.They have a f rating with the bbb I asked them about it they said the bbb was trying to get money out of them and they reported the bbb . Stay away from these people. They got caught stealing leads and were shut down from that company please contact I have informatation that will save you from making a big mistake.

Iam in the process of getting the attorney general involved. Contact me... I have emails and txt msgs to show how they operate.When my customers called to do charge back they threaten them and said you will be in big trouble if you do that.Stay away for this company

I recently was contacted by a Paul Sutus or Salvatore Galbo. They got me a quotes and told me they found oa driver for the date I wanted. I gave them the info and they told me to send forms back to confirm my order. They also asked me my credit card info. I was charged for the deposit. They were very pushy and told me that if I don't do it I will lose my spot. Which probably is a red flag looking back. So I gave them the info. However I waited for a call and never got an answer. I called but ofcourse nobody answered. If this company charges your or tried to I would cancel the card and put in a claim as soon as possible. I already reported this but I'm not sure what else to do.

I booked a shipment with these guys. They didn't respond to my booking, so I did some review searching to see if I could find out if they are a reputabe company. I was shocked to find so many people that had a bad experience with them, so I decided to email them and cancel the booking. I told them about all the complaints online, and they immediately said it was their competition slandering them. I don't see how their competition has time to do trucking since they would have to be on the computer 24/7 writing reviews..
Some guy named Craig Jones emailed, telling me that they had shipped over 2,000 cars and I was not looking on the right website...LOL I told them to cancel, because I just felt like the $800 they quoted was going to be $1500 or so.
I tried to get another broker, but they would not touch my shipment because Auto Ship Transport has already placed my order on the board. I contacted Craig Jones again and asked him to remove me from the board, but that didn't happen. That was a glimpse into his character.
It's really bad that there are so many people out there that have no problem slowly sucking the life out of others. I'm very thankful to ripoffreport.com for allowing your complaint to be posted. I am sure it saved me a big headache and money.

This report is a false claim written by our competition. They have tried to write a false review on www.TransportReviews.com, and they have failed since they do not have an existing order with us with an Order ID#. Please call us with any questions.
