Auto Star Marietta Georgia Rude Ruthless Unprofessional Service selling defective used cars Marietta Georgia

Beware of Auto Star in Marietta, Ga. A car was purchased at the 1800 Cobb Parkway location with mechanical problems as well as no horn on the car. Didn't realized no horn on car until I tried to use the horn. Called Auto Star to advise of the problems said I can bring the car in, but there will be an additional charge to repair. How can you sell a car without a horn?

The car was repo'ed in the middle of the night with all of my personal belongings, including my company Id, I pod, my grandparents garage door opener and keys. I contacted Auto Star, after I found out the car was repo'd to retrieve my personal items. I talked with Jose, Mark, Jessica and the manager, hoping to at least get my company Id and the garage door opener and keys of my grandparents but they kept telling me the car wasn't on the premise althought it was carried back to the car lot. I kept calling the office they would either keep me on hold, cut me off or just hang up on me. I decided to send them a certified letter to request my items again, 2 weeks after the car was repo'd, they received the letter with a signed signature accepting, but still would not respond to my request. This went on for another month, until I decided to go to the location, just to find out my items were no longer there. (How convienient) They would not discuss with me if the car was going to be sold at a public auction as requested per letter received indicating that I have that right or what will happen. They were very rude, unprofessional and will cut you off and not answer the phone when you call back or put the fax machine on. I should have read your report and the BBB report on these people before I purchased this used car. I see now how many complaints are on this company and their practices and the rating. I do not want any other persons to be taken by the unethical behaviors of these people.
