Auto Trakk Bob Higley I had called to try to set up an arrangement to retrive vehicle and Bob Higley was very unprofessional with the matter... Montoursville Pennsylvania

 On, August 15,2013 I  Annetta Peaker had called Auto Trakk to speak to my accounts specialist to see when it is a reasonable time to set up to retrive the vehicle that I had a 2009 Nissian Versa.... She the told me that she would have to transfer me to her manager Bob Higley to see if, that could be arranged... So, he get's on the line at first he was very nice and professional had told me how the repo process was done and etc. Then he had asked me why, I had told him I had gotten sick that is unabling me to work and I have very little income... He, said, oh to bad you signed a contract and you are responsible for this vehicle in a very smart way. I said, I understand that I just want you to come get the vehicle because I can not afford the payments anymore. I said, I amnot understanding when I was behind on my payments you were quick to come get the car, now that I am voluteering for you to come get the vehicle you don't want to come get it... He just kept saying and yelling at me telling me I need to owe up to my responsibilities and do whta I was suppose to do... So, I hung up with Mr. Higley and called back and asked to speak to his boss because I felt the way he handle it regardless of the situation he should of been more professinal and he wasn't.. I am still waiting to hear back from Mr. Mike Caffery.
