Auto & Truck Electronics Dishonest ripoff meaningless guarantee did not repair did not accept cost for shipping as promised West Palm Beach Florida

The following is a copy of two emails sent to Auto & Truck Electronics which are self explanatory. ATE has refused to communicate with me. They are in Florida - I am in Canada. They are running essentially and internet business and are NOT TRUSTWORTHY:

Don, I have now spent close to $1000.00 including your repair fee, courier costs, customs brokers, tax, and shop time toward the repair of the ABS control module. I trusted your promises to pick up the costs for the second go around, and now you are refusing to communicate with me regarding these costs for the third time. I have lost my trust in your sincerity.

I am left with an ABS control module that doesn't work. Would you please refund, in full, the money which I paid to you for the repair

As you know Don the email below is an exact copy of the email that you sent to me more than three weeks ago. On Friday September 2, I replied giving to you the letter code AH which follows the part number starting with 8E0614111.

I also told you that I would send you the old part as an exchange. Are you waiting for the part? Is that the problem here? Why will you not communicate with me properly?

You told me that you would cover the costs for the transport of the unit the second time that I sent it down. That did not happen. I have been waiting for the now unit to arrive prior to sending the old one to you. If you need the old part for some reason, prior to sending the new one, please let me know and send authorization for your courier to have it picked up.
