Auto Villa Mchenry Illinois Sold a lemon truck with a scredded timing chain McHenry Illinois

This dealership sold a truck that is a lemon, my son has had the truck for 80 days and there has been CONSTANT issues with the motor so insrtead of keep getting smoke blown up our a*s by bringing back to the dealership for the 9th time, as my son purchased an extended warranty-we went for a second opinion. The ford dealership stated it was the timing and this is part of the power train and should be covered. The warrenty company came out and inspected the  truck and stated this problem happened prior to us purchasing the truck and they are not going to cover the claim. I called Auto Villa in McHenry and spoke to Orlando and I asked to speak to the owner, his response was he was not in but he would get him the information right away.This dealership should be shut down. We also have left several messages for the owner Jim Gosnell, the sales person Orlando and all they keep doing is pushing us off. Called my son and stated they were goin to find out about the timing and so on.Please call me should you have any questions about these people. Now I have to file a lawsuit in small claims and make them pay the 4K it is going to cost us to get fixed.
