AutoHaul Transport Inc Wrecked my car while transporting and STILL HAVENT PAID IN FULL ALMOST 1 YEAR LATER Franklin Tennessee

This place transported my car from Tennessee to Florida. It took over a week. They wrecked my car with their junk equipment that broke and dropped it while loading. They cracked the front bumper, popped the rar bumper off on one side, broke the water resevoir bottle off, losened the passenger front fender and put a big ding in the door.

I made the claim immediatly upon the LATE delivery of my car (7 days for 700 miles?) in October.

I was immediatly challenged about the damage EVEN THOS THE DRIVER ADMITTED TO IT and MY CAR JUST LEFT THE BODY SHOP 2 days before it was damaged by them.

After about 2 weeks of exchanging photos and body shop estimates they accepted the claim but said their insurance deductable was TOO HI TO MAKE A CLAIM and they would pay for it. 5 months later after several threatening email exchanges I took a trip back to Tennessee and met the owner. I was given a $600 check toward the claim and was told by her that she would hopefully have it paid a month later which was fine with me.

Well, now we have gone thru excuses and more avoidance. They still owe me over $900. The car still sits in my driveway DAMAGED ALL TO HELL.
