I purchased a laptop mount and did not receive my order. I received an email that looked like a bogus tracking info email and kept looking in the UPS website, to no avail. after 2 weeks, i called and emailed the company but never received an answer. i have now called my bank and submitted a claim for a charge back since i no longer have any desire to have this company's products.
