Steve's lack of availability made it impossible for the job to be completed on time or in the way that it needed to be done.  My staff had countless emails and phone calls, that went unanswered. His several personal emergencies and distraction left my business in a place of having to bring in someone else to redo the process. We gave him an opportunity to decide how to rectify the fact we did not get what we paid for. When we gave him 48 hrs to respond to an email where we asked him to make it right, he gave a long list of excuses and tried to shuck the blame off on my staff. i regret having made the decision to hire him.

When we brought him and his company in, we discussed that we would need to be able to contact him and move on our sales funnel extremely quickly. The reason for the rush was that we had a PR campaign going out in 4mnths time and we wanted to have everything in place before we released it. We initially agreed to a platform of $1,500 for x amount of hours. Several times we asked him for a write up of hours spent and time used and never got one. Instead he just charged us for more time without discussing anything with us. When we discussed the problem of not being able to reach him not once, but three times we had that conversation, he appealed to our emotions coming up with sob stories for excuses, but we had deadlines that were fast approaching and the funnel that he set up did not work for our needs and we did not have time to explain again what we needed it to do.

I feel like Steve lied to me, he over promised and under delivered and that is not acceptable. I Don't feel like we got our moneys worth. Steve drug his feet and disappeared time and time again and we were left having to through together a working sales funnel in a matter of days. The way he set up our funnel didn't lead people back to our website or ask them to engage in conversations on Facebook or even ask them to do anything.

We disputed with the credit card company for the additional charges and we won after an investigation showed that he was in the wrong for charging us without making us aware that he was going to.

Hi Tyler,

I wanted to respond back to your post on this site it is my first ever report on here in over 6 years of business. Unfortunately sometimes in the service business things just do not work out and Im sorry it didnt between us. Im glad you guys got your money back for sure.. But all you had to do was ask for REFUND. You not once actually asked for a refund. You ask me to make it right and I replied emmidiately back to you and your team with solutions and a detailed explanation of how the marketing flow was WORKING. With the limited input from your team it was very hard to get it done and with so many of your cooks in the kitchen that made it even harder on my end.

When all said and done. I definitely would have spear headed the project earlier in a way to get what I needed to do my part and not let it drag out as long as it did. I do take responsiblity in that your team and myself just let it get down to the wire. And there were many times I asked for content, links, details on items and it never got to me. With out a big picture or set places to send your leads to it is very hard to have calls to actions for people to do something in email marketing campaigns.

Honestly though. I want to thank you for posting this so it stays in my mind and so I can learn for future clients and projects in order to not let something drag out and turn into this type of situation in the future. So thank you for that.

Good luck in your future ventures.

Best,Steve
