Automated Systems Design (ASD) ASD-USA False promised of contract electronic security work which required us to spend money to comply Alpharetta Georgia

We were contacted as much as 15 times by this company to do contract labor for them in the electronic security business.  They called, e-mailed both myself and my office manager on several occasions over a several month period.  With their promise of "As much as we could handle" we finally gave in.

Before we were able to contract any work, we were required to fill out a bundle of paperwork, master agreements, W9 and provide our insurance info, license ,etc.

They approved us, but then came back on us demanding we upgrade our insurance, take out Workman’s Comp on everyone, including our contractors and making sure we had a person dedicated to the jobs on pretty much a full-time basis. 

We upgraded our policy to the tune of about $2000 USD, hired a new guy for the upcoming jobs and complied with all their requests.

To our amazement, we were never contacted by them again until we inquired.   When we did contact them, they send us low-paying, out of town work up to six hours away, but wanted to pay very little.  This was a ridiculous offer, so nothing happened.  We would of lost about $50 to $100 per job in our attempt to do the work.  We're pretty sure it was made up work.  Their initial letter stated; "WORK IN YOUR AREA"

We again waited about three months after not hearing any follow up and was pretty much told the work would start coming in... it has now been six months and not another word from them.  Our complaints to the company were pretty much swept under the carpet and they never returned our correspondence.

Wwe were finally told they really did not have any work in our area.... :-0
