Automatic Auto Finance Does not disclose extended warranty information before it's purchased Springdale, For Smith Arkansas

I purchased a 1995 Chevy Lumina from AAF in Ft. Smith, AR. It had no A/C but otherwise drove well. I decided to trade it in for a Hyndai Elantra. I loved the car but after 4 months still had no title. After 3 months with no tags, your car will be impounded in the state of OK which is where I live. AAF, Corey (Manager) and Mike then handled the paperwork to "swap" cars for a 2001 Ford Escort with an extended warranty purchased.

Less than one week later, the shift cylinoid went out in the parking lot at AAF. I was told I couldn't leave it there when it would not shift out of park. The repairs were done by a nearby shop who did damage to the rear bumper with their wrecker. AAF would not have this fixed. This was March of 07. My daughter and I went to Arizona to visit my son and his family the first of November 07. The car broke down in El Paso, TX. The mechanic stated it needed a new engine.

I called AAF and requested repairs. AAF office staff in Springdale could not find where I had purchased an extended warranty but I was told that since I was out of the state of Arkansas, the extended warranty contract was no good anyway. Corey at AAF in Ft. Smith KNEW that I was going out of town because we went in and paid a payment the Friday before we left on our trip and I told her we were going . She made no mention of the warranty not being in effect. I had to call my son to pick us up in El Paso and then borrow money for him to bring us home to OK.

Now I'm being sued by AAF for half of the balance owed on this lemon of a car. I tell everyone that it is a rip off company that does not stand behind it's cars or anything else.
