Automax of Greenville, SC Ryan Total Ripoff Greenville South Carolina

I purchased an 2003 BMW x5 from this dealer in which Ryan was my sales person/manager. He's a joke & a fraud, I was promised that the vehicle I chose that their company would fix the problem of why my service engine light was on. I took my vehicle to them about 4 times & Ryan claimed the problem was fixed. Nevertheless it wasn't, they would clear the service engine light but low and behold after driving off the light would come back on. Ryan claimed that their mechanic's at Automax had did so much work to my vehicle but actually non was actually done. My BMW would be at the dealer for weeks at a time & the problem would still exist. When consulting the owner/higher up person's they refused to acknowledge the issue and repair my vehicle. I have put a total of $2000.00 dollars into my vehicle and only had it for a year & still more problems exist. Ryan sold me a money pit, lemon of a vehicle. The service engine light problem is both catylatic converters needing replaced, all of what the computer check said that I took them. Soon after I purchased the vehicle I had to replace the air bag shocks in the rear at a total of $750.00, it had various oil leaks from valve cover gaskets and other location's totaling $450.00, a tune-up at $230.00, door lock regulators $300.00 & needs new keys because both sets Automax had given me stop working that will cost $250.00. Still haven't had the funds to replace the converter's that cost over a $1000.00 nor the air leak & also needs front struts & a wheel alignment. I'm so unhappy with the purchase & no one was willing to smooth things over, they were rude & nothing but liars. Ryan tells u everything you want to hear but it all ends up being lies. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this dealership.
