Automobile Acceptance corp Star, Queen, Mrs. Robinson ect.. TOLD ME MY PAYMENTS WERE NEVER RECIEVED EVEN WITH BANK STATEMENT PROOF riverdale, Georgia

I took out a Title loan with Automobile Acceptance Corp in very late December 2011. My first payment due Feb 4. My mom passed and I was out of town. I called to explain and as soon as I got home, deposited my check and made my payment with my debit card. Late with huge fees, but still there. So I decided I'd do an automatic withdrawal for March so I wouldn't have to worry again. I went to their website autoacceptance.com, clicked make a payment, chose ACH and put in all my account info and assumed I did it right because it gave me a reference number. The next day, I checked my bank, nothing. So I tried again. This went on two more times before I finally called my bank and they said set it up with us. Ohhhh. Ooops. So I did. So the day my direct deposit hit the payment was taken right out with it and the bank backed me up they did recieve it. BUT apparently, when I was trying to figure out how to make the payments on their website it hit my account 4 more times and came back NSF. I called to apologize and explain and make sure they saw the payment they DID get. Nope. We got no payment. All NSF's. I said I didn't mean to do that! Noone would listen to me. So I got copies of my March statement and faxed it to someone named Queen, someone named Star, someone named Mr. Curran and talked to who knows how many others and the ones that saw proof and that I was telling the truth (5 people) "no longer worked there" wow. That was in a two week time span. I was told I was 30 days past due, I have tow truck drivers calling my house at 11:30 P.M. AND Sundays yelling into my VM "They WILL not call again! I will just come over there!!" So they "lost" my March payment. Refused to take anything but the entire amount OR the car in April or they would "Take out a Criminal warrant on me and I could do time over this." I have Multiple Sclerosis. I'm on a fixed income. I did make my payments. They are bullying me period. I did nothing wrong. I feel I do not owe them my car. And when they said they'd go to court, I got all my notes (every phone call, record, fax, names, dates, ect...I had and said alright. Court it is. These people prey on others. Even when you do the right thing, they don't care. Please don't get yourself in trouble by going to get a title loan. I wouldn't want anyone to go through this. I have solid proof to back all I've said. The judge will see that. NSF's? Those weren't intentional NSF's and they know it. It was a woman trying to figure out how to set up payments.
