Automobile Club of So. Cal AAA Ripping off long-time members Nationwide Nationwide

After 23 years of membership, the "Club" is now limiting service calls.  Once you have used any of their services and had four calls, they start charging for service calls.  Even if you have up-graded your membership and paid for additional services, these services are not available after 4 calls per year.

The membership fees have constantly increased over the years and the services have made them worthwhile.  However, with the limit of 4 calls per year, it now becomes a monumental ripoff.

Don't join.  Seek help elsewhere.  Look at your auto insurance policy because you probably have most of the coverages included, such as towing.  Mount a spare key somewhere on the car to avoid being locked out.  Spend the $70+ annual fee to keep your car serviced and running well.

Whatever you do, DON'T join AAA until they revise this policy!!
