Automotive Designs, LLC; BuyHaloLights.com; Automotive Upgraders, LLC Ordered and paid for headlights. Never received item. Company telephone number no longer in service. Black Hawk Colorado

Ordered headlights from buyhalolights.com (under company name Automotive Designs, LLC) on 11/4/13 for $302.00. Received e-mail on 11/13/13 (after 2 inquiries) that ordered had shipped, but no tracking numbers had been assigned. Further inquires b/w 11/15/13 and 11/24/13 resulted in a variety of exuses: changing company names, in process of inventory, etc.

Further inquiry on 11/25/13 resulted in an automative message that the number is no longer in service. Also, you are no longer to log-in to your account to view your order history. It keeps saying the e-mail/password is invalid. I even requested a new password, received it immediately, and was still unable to log-in.

Inquiry on-line resulted in an F rating by BBB and 2 complaints in Ripoff Report. Both complaints (one in April 2013, the other in June 2013), there was a rebuttal by the "new owners" saying they purchased the domain name in March 2013 and cannot honor what the previous company did. Well, it's now November 2013, and we purchased headlights from the "new company" and still have the same problems as the previous 2 complaintants.

Do not buy from Automative Designs, LLC, buyhalolights.com, or Automotive Upgraders, LLC. All 3 are somehow connected in their scam.
