On Dec 6th 2011 I ordered a pair of tail lights, it is now January 3rd and I still have not seen them. My order status said it shipped (no tracking number) but that wasn't until three weeks later. I have tried calling at least five times, leaving three voice messages. I cannot get this company to reply to me. Emails also go unanswered.

This ripoff report is not valid. Automotive Upgraders LLC was not formed until December 28th 2011. The customer stated he purchased on December 4th 2011. We were not even in business on December 4th 2011. Our first sale was on December 28th 2011. www.ripoffreport.com will not let the company Automotive Upgraders LLC create an account to rebuttal this complaint. This report needs to be removed or leagal action will be taken. Customers just can't blame/write a report on a company that they did not purchase the item through.
