Autopartsgiant.com - E-Mart Inc Aka Clark's Discount Auto Parts, Inc. Confidence Fraud--Refused to cancel order, Cust. Service Rep. dishonest!! Bellflower California

I ordered parts, made mistake of using check card, thus, charges already deducted from my account ($94.00). The website & my order invoice states will be shipped in 3 to 8 business days, UPS ground shipping. Still haven't received parts, so I contacted Customer Service. Was told they did not have tracking number, could not say if parts had been shipped. Asked if I could physically come to their "warehouse" in Bellflower, Ca. Was told, no. I asked why, if the parts were "in stock" as their website stated they were. Cust. service rep. backpeddled and stated that, in fact, parts were being shipped from Philadelphia, PA. I then stated that I wanted to cancel my order. He refused. This company has over 750 complaints against it, filed with the BBB. I should have done my homework before ordering from them; however, there are FTC laws which govern online transactions.
Auto Parts Giant - in fact, had its corporate license suspended and is actually operating under the name, "Clark's Discount Auto Parts," The owner's name is Michael A. Clark. Their website "terms and conditions" for refunds etc., appear to be illegal. The only reason they are still in business is because no one has made enough of an effort to prosecute them for "Confidence Fraud" and for violating the FTC's "Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule." The FBI www.IC3.gov, the FTC, the BBB, the IRS, and the Calif. Attorney General's office will all be hearing from me.
