I made an order for about 500 dollars, two days later got an email with a Fed Ex tracking number. It said it was delevered two years ago. I called  customer service and they said I would get a email with a new tracking number. When it came it had two tracking numbers and one was the one that was delivered two years ago. I called them back and said we still had a problem and asked to talk to a superviser and after asking 20+ times I was put on hold for 10 Minuites. When the Superviser got on first thing he said was the customer service rep. was right and Fex Ex would update the tracking number in 24 hours. After questioning him he said Fed Ex uses old tracking numbers and this was standard for them. This Company brokers deals thru warehouses across the country and is not a real Company they are a middle man from China and use a International sevice to connect to people in the USA There Phone Number is a PAC-West telecom number and they are not even located in the country. Still waiting to see if my parts show up.
