autopartsway.com Failed to Give Core Credit of $400 As Promised Internet

 Ordered 2 rebuilt front strut assemblies for my Mercedes-Benz; company charged a $400 core charge with order that was to be refunded when cores were returned to them.  They sent my parts from a stocked warehouse location near me in Ohio but on the RMA I was required to return the cores to a location in California even though the manufacturer of the parts was in Florida (Ohio and Florida being much lower shipping costs to me).  After cores were signed for per FedEx the company claimed that they were "investigating" to verify that the cores were in fact received.  Emails appear to be from persons who do not speak English as their native language. This has continued for 3 weeks now with poor communication and no ability to personally contact the sender who sends anonymous emails.  Therefore I went to my credit card issuer to have the card issuer backcharge the seller and remove the $400 from my card.  Still no response from seller after 2 weeks. Do not buy here!
