Autoplexes Scammers and Harassment Montana

I received a letter in the mail saying "immediate response requested". i called the number on the paper and they informed me that my warranty for my car will be running out, and i must purchase a warranty for 5 years. this would cost almost $4,000, with a down payment of $400 with $200 monthly. i purchased this, then called my dealership because i wanted to get more informed about this. they told me my car was still under warranty. this gave me a red flag. i called my bank and they told me the way they processed the payment, it looks like a scam and they blocked my card from this payment and issued me a new card.  i looked up the reddit report on them, and horrible things were said. i called the company back to let them know i want no part in this. then the harassment started.  they didnt want any part in me saying i wanted to cancel and they kept saying what may be the issue over and over again. they refused to cancel my service. after an hour of going around in circles, i said i will handle this with different measures. they kept calling me over and over again. beware of this company. it is a scam and their customer service sucks! i told them i called my car company and told them my car was still under warranty and they told me the car dealership was lying. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM. DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO THEM BECAUSE IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET BACK.
