Autorama Sleek..liars Toronto Ontario

 I have found a car that interested me when I walked into autorama the first time. The salesperson by the name of Danny was the one that helped out with the price of car. Still undecided. I had left and came back two days later. The car was still available. I had asked for a best price. And marked in the store was a sign for asking price 22859 and when Danny assisted me he said the best they could do was for 20,859 plus taxes. Which was reasonable. So Friday I had made an agreement with them and paid 500$ as a deposit in which they have wrote a bill of sale. I wished to finance a portion of the amount. In which they had an "in house financing". They told us if ur credit is good 4-5 percent and if it's bad around 6-7 percent. He then took me to Amir and supposively he was the manager. He had run my credit check. He had a copy of my report. Told me it was alright but not that great and the interest rate would be 16--19 percent :O. I was upset and he had told me he can get a definate approval from the bank and that I would require to hand him my paystubs before he can proceed. I had agreed to send it to him by Monday. And which the processing was going to be on hold until then. He had sent my application to 2 banks in that time without my knowledge. In the meantime I had found some other company that was willing to finance me for about 5 percent and I had instructed the new company to contact the dealer and the seller was Danny to get all paper works and to continue with process with the new company. The company had made attempt to contact Danny which was not in the office on Monday. Tuesday morning I had called Danny and told him not to proceed with their in house financing as their interest rate was high and Danny was pretty upset. He didn't want me taking it with another company. Was telling me so many things. I had told him I feel safer there and for him to fax all the required paperwork. And Danny had done so on Tuesday. Wednesday 4 pm I got my paperwork ready to sign with the finance company when I saw that there was 2000$ more added on there then the amount of car. So I inquired the finance company and they had said that that was the amount of the bill of sale that the dealer had sent to them. So I contacted Danny regarding this. He had told me he would call back in 5 mins. After 5 minutes he had called and told me that they had sold the car to someone else at 3:30 pm on the Wednesday. Saying they had not had Any response from us. Like what the hell. ?? !!! They didn't even make an attempt to call me. They had paper work pending. And on top of this when I had told them I will take this issue to omvic. He had told me that I didn't have a signed copy of the bill of sale so I can't do anything !!!! He refunded the money back but still he ruined my credit score trying to get approvals when they said it was in house financing and that they weren't not gojng to give it to other places. And they had sold a car I was working with to buy for a week. These guys r crazy. Everyone should know about this company before u deal with them.
