AutoStar Transport Express Failed to secure a transport on agreed upon date Miami Florida

I ordered a transport July 9th for a pick in California on August 4th to Carrollton GA.  I sent my deposit and had some questions regarding the contract language.  After several attempts (via phone and email) to reach Sean Hanock to ask questions I finally got a hold of him.  We discussed the contract and then he said they are working on securing a truck.  I had to call the company everyday from 3 days before the scehdueld date and I kept getting the same run around on their inability to secure a truck.  I called the morning of the contracted pick up and spoke to someone who said they are still working on securing the transport and they would call me by end of business day to confirm.  I waited ALL day and called multiple times to only get their voice mail.  NO ONE called me back and no transport showed up. 

I then made arrangments for another agency to pick up the vehicle for a pick up ASAP and they called me Monday to confirm the order, I paid my deposit and they picked up the vehcile this morning. 

I requested my deposit back from AutoStar and they denied my request.  This company is a FRAUD and they take advantage of people and their need to transport their vehciles.
