My husband and I were in search for a Vehicle and thought we had found the perfect one at the perfect price at autostyle wholesale.. Well we drove 3 hours to this dealer because of this.. and little did we know that we should have thought twice before doing so.. After going back and forth after an out the door price we had already agreed upon we had settled on purchasing our vehicle.. Later that day we went to gas up.. and complete stranger saw me taking a photo to upload to friends.. Says to us.. Did you guys just buy that car? It looks like its been hit and repainted.. Even though the car was clean of car fax.. it has been later proven with the magnet test that it has been tampered with.. and in better lighting its been falsely covered up!.. Ok jokes us on us right? Well later that evening I discovered a few other details.. My antenna was missing.. it wasn't missing during our test drive.. And the window wipers caps were now gone.. Interesting huh? Ok, So again a few minor things to adjust but nothing minor.. considering we were happy with such the bargain for this car... WELL the real mind blower was when my tire sensor goes off for air pressure and my husband goes to input the air and realizes the wonderful people they are.. SWITCHED THE 2 TIRES in the front! With our test drive we had 4 new tires! and now we have 2 used goodyear and 2 new nexen's on the car! If anyone is considering getting a car from these people.. THINK IT OVER! They make you think you are getting a great deal.. make you feel like you are walking out on cloud 9, happy, and really friendly.. But despite all of that.. They are truly pulling a fast one on you! They steal from you, rip you off !!! Be smart! Buy from a major dealer! WE learned our lesson!!!! Crossing our fingers there isn't anymore surprises! Bchgurl, Merritt Island Florida.

We strive to make every customer happy. Unfortunately, sometimes a customer is not and instead of contacting us to remedy the situation they post negative messages on the internet. I have copies of every email sent to this customer and every email sent back. He was trading in his car and got a value estimate from Autotrader. I worked the numbers for him and told him many times that the numbers could change based on our evaluation of his car. He never disclosed to Autotrader that his car required many repairs. So I would question who was not telling the
truth. When our mechanics inspected the car they found almost $1,000 in damage. Since he drove so far to get the car we extended him an additional discount on the car so that he would not have to come out of pocket for the difference. Any other dealer would have made him pay since he drove so far. I think we went above an beyond to accommodate.
If he would have just contacted us we would have made whatever adjustments necessary to fix his problems and concerns. The car did have a clean carfax and we never lied about anything. He got a beautiful car and a excellent price while trading in a broken down vehicle. His accusations are patently false. We do not have the time nor equipment to swap out tires while someone is signing paperwork and if there was anything missing all he had to do was ask. Instead he rushed to his computer to make false claims to hurt our business.
I am sorry for him and I am always available to assist. Even now, with the slanderous statements he made, I am willing to assist him with his issues. I only hope he realizes that he rushed to judgement and did not make a good call by bashing us on the internet.
If the car was so bad why did you drive it off the lot???? Seems fishy to me.
