We sold Volvo to Mr. Kenaz . I got Mr. Kenaz approved based on what he wrote on the application. Once he approved for Auto loan, I  gave him the car.I also transferred the plate to his name. After few weeks I got a phone call from the bank saying they try to verify Mr. Kenaz's job but he no longer works there. Based on that bank declined to fund us.  I called Mr. Kenaz telling him that he did not put true information on his credit application and he needs to bring the car back ASAP. He took almost a week to return the car. After that we cancelled his plate so Motor Vehicle Department deducted the money for the time plate was used and cancellation fee. I showed Mr. Kenaz  how much money MVD deducted. It took us few weeks to get the plate cancelled. Once the plate was cancelled, I refunded the  balance to Mr. Kenaz. After I read his complaint against Autostyles, he told me he wrote it due to frustration since it was taking too long for him to get a refund. I explained him, it is MVD who took the time to cancel the plate. As soon as it is cancelled, I gave him the money. He promised me he will take his complaint back and I just noticed he never did that. I could have charge Mr. Kenaz for driving us car for a month since he falsify his job information on the credit application but I did not do it. I hope this complaint will be tossed out since we gave him full refund.
