To whom it may concern, I have purchased a 2003 Honda  Accord V6 back in 2007 I had traded in a 2001 mistubishi Galant  with no co-signer plus $1,500 cash. I have paid the car note was $545.00 just about it was being paid. However at one point there were late payments due to me being a single parent I borrowed money so it won't be taken. Eventually it was repoed, I didn't get the car back, the car was auctioned and bought for $7,000. In the midst of it all I refinanced two months from having the car and that's when I needed a co-signer why did I just do. Moving forward after it was taking i allowed time to pass by and now they are saying that i owe $21,000 and they about to garnish 10% from my check and my co signer. They just don't know the stress level i am in right now due to the amount that is so crazy. I am seeking help due to stress level and anxiety. I have called the Deily & Glastetter LLP that is their collectors I have built a relationship with a Mr. Joshua, I explained to him that I was out of work for 2 months due to a fractured ankle and he said he could not do anything to help me. The reasoning of my call was to continue to make payments. Once again what happened to all the money that was put into the car back in 2007 and this year????? Plus the auction. They want to settle for $12,000. I don't have that kind of money and i really don't want to have any problems with someone that once was called a friend dur to this i won't blame her for not speaking to me. I reached out to both parties hoping I can be the only one to be garnish and they refused. I am forced to take them to court.
