My car loan was given to this company to collect on after being offered a settlement that was less than one thousand dollars to satisfy the account. This company took the account and added bogus charges on top of a 23.8% interest rate on the amount which was said to be owed. Never have I gotten a direct letter explaining these extra fees being charged and they also have threatened to garnish my co-signers wages on the account. They have cut off all contact with me and are going after the co-signer on the account which is my mother and they are threatening to garnish her wages for the bogus amount that they've come up with.
The debt is also on my credit report through the original lender who has charged the account off and now I am being charged almost twice the amount of the orginal debt. Not only is this account damaging my credit I have not been able to get a job due to my credit score so that I am able to pay on it. The car was repossed AND sold again! And they are still trying to charge me the full amount of the vehicle. I refuse to pay any charges that cannot be accounted for and will be taking this account to court. The settlement was for less than a thousand and now its nearly twelve thousand. Get the f*ck out of here with this bullsh*t ya'll can kiss my a**!!

First of all, Im not a piece of meat b**ch so what the h**l are you talking about with this prime s**t? What level are you on, telling me nothing that I dont already know? Theres no way to justify it the loan was a scam and the car was resold. I was unable to find a job in time so there, sue me, call me irresponsible for having a life and not being a d**n robot. F**k off!

Nothing out of the ordinary, happens to people all the time. And just my luck that I had a co-signer. The repo ruined my credit score and thats all jobs look at before they hire you so yeah...how does that look? If thats not a set up for failure, I dont know what is.

Yea Ima cold piece of work b**ch! And you can bet on that, what YOU need to is start by telling me something I dont already know. Obviously, theres more to it than that if Im not able to get a job because of the repo on my d**n credit report. They wouldn't let me get a job so I made my own, started off making d**n good money and what do you know, here come the a**holes again trying to shutdown my only source of income. Don't talk to me about responsibilty, Im one of the most responsible people you"ll ever meet which is why everyone knows this situation is so UNLIKE me! I've never been so humiliated in my life and its all over some piece of s**t car loan!! People like YOU who have together at the moment, and get off telling other people what and how to do s**t need to shut the f**k up and realize everybody is not perfect. I WORK for a living thank you very much and d**n sure dont need somebody to remind me of what it takes to make it out here. Banks, and other business get over on people like this all the time and you know it theres no way you justify me paying full price for a car I no longer have and was resold thats the biggest f**kin joke I ever heard so yea you too can kiss my a** on that one. What are YOU doing anyway this is my problem not yours!

It is amazing the thought process of the "sub-prime" borrower.
You got a loan, you had your mom co-sign for the loan. You became delinquent they reposessedd and sold the car. They offered you a settlement of less than $1000. You didn't take the "deal" so they went after you for the full amount. That went no where so now they are going after your mom. Yet YOU are going to take THEM to court.
I hate to burst what ever imaginary bubble you are in but the only one being taken to court willl be you and your mom. I hope you got your mom a real good Mothers Day present for all of the grief you have put her through.
Welcome to "Sub-Sub-Prime". Because with the statements you made it looks like you will be at this level for a while.

"after being offered a settlement that was less than one thousand dollars" You didn't accept that deal so it's no longer on the table. "Never have I gotten a direct letter explaining these extra fees being charged"
The terms of the loan are part of the original contract."I have not been able to get a job due to my credit score so that I am able to pay on it." The time to get the job was before you lost the car. Gee thanks for letting me damage your good credit mom.

"My car loan was given to this company to collect on after being offered a settlement that was less than one thousand dollars to satisfy the account."
So, it sounds like they tried the nice approach. I'll bet you're kicking yourself now for not taking that deal.
" They have cut off all contact with me and are going after the co-signer on the account which is my mother and they are threatening to garnish her wages for the bogus amount that they've come up with."
Of course they are. They didn't get anywhere with you. The co-signer is just as responsible for the loan as you are. Since your mother is apparently working, this is the most obvious route to take for collection of the bill you wouldn't pay. Nice Mothers Day present.
When they take you to court, I'm sure they'll itemize the amount. If your interest rate was really 23.8%, it doesn't take long to rack up a large number if you are not paying. Of course they'll also toss in repo charges, collections fees, court costs, etc... When you make people jump through legal hoops to get paid, you ultimately end up paying for all that jumping (Well, your mom does).

YOU caused all this by not paying your payments. They went thru normal and standard collection efforts. What's worse is you couldn't care less what you have done to your mother since she is the co-signer. One would think someone who could drive and sign a contract would have the honesty and integrity to bust his a-- to make payments on time so that your mother isn't involved. But I guess you haven't grown up yet.
Right now, you need to go to your mother and ask her for forgiveness for what YOU did to her. Then YOU need to either get a job, get a part time job in addition or even a second job so you can make payments to settle this BEFORE they sue YOUR mother because of YOUR sorry attitude and incredible lack of responsibility.
You are one piece of work, little boy. Why not choose to grow up NOW!!!!!
