Auvela AUVELA IS A FRAUD! I recently filed a complaint against Auvela for making unauthorized transactions on my visa and mastercard. My banks notified me that there were some unscrupulous transactions made through my accounts by Auvela using the following names: (1) Thebellavel.com (2) ESSENTNATURE.COM (3) Thebellavel.com (4) THENELLASKIN.COM

AUVELA is a fraud! I recently filed a complaint against Auvela for making unauthorized transactions on my visa and mastercard. My banks notified me that there were some unscrupulous transactions made to my accounts by Auvela using the following names:
(1) Thebellavel.com
(2) ESSENTNATURE.COM
(3) Thebellavel.com
(4) THENELLASKIN.COM
My credit cards are always in my possession and I have not authorized nor participated in any of the above transactions. I immediately called the attention of Auvela via chat but all the representatives I’ve spoken with hung-up on me. Then, I filed a dispute letter thru email address support@auvela.com.
Auvela replied that my orders were already processed, hence, cancellation would not be feasible. Our exchange of communication thru email were like a broken record. It failed to provide me any explanation why such incidents happened.
Good thing, my banks expressed concern and offered help to investigate the matter. The process will take about 65 days according to the bank personnel. To date, the huge amount that Auvela billed me were on "floating status” until such time that the findings are completed.
