 These people have no idea what customer service means from the moment I got moved in I realized that my ac want working..... I had to wait 3 week for a new one because they forgot they had a be unit for me... Then the manager kicks me out of the apartment just because we don't get along. I haven't been able to do laundry since I can't go in the office and that is where you have to reload the card. Then I called Corprate and got told to take a time out many times. While getting interrupted. What are you 3? If you can handle customer service and hang up on me like a child who can't control themselves. Stay away from this place. They don't take your concern or care about what you say. These people just want to hear themselves talk. Then hang up before anything is resolved. Pick any other place.
