AvanTek, LLC, Substandard, Rinky Dink Internet Service Provider Ripoff Phoenix Arizona

We've had Avantek for maybe a year now and have had nothing but problems with them. They are a substandard internet service provider trying to play in leagues with the big guys and it's not working.

We were unable to get connected most of the time. When we would call the office, the lady in the office would say things like, "you need to reset your equipment," so we would. Or she would tell us it's our equipment causing the problem. We were constantly pulling the plug on our router...daily...sometimes many time a day to no avail.

We called her a couple weeks ago and told her again of the connection problems we were having and she said, "Well, I can either put you on this tower and you'll have no service in the morning, or I can put you on this tower and you'll keep losing service throughout the day. What would you like me to do?"

She is the most unprofessional, useless person we've ever come across! When asked about crediting our account for all the days we couldn't connect, she said, "sorry, we don't issue credits."

We finally called lastweek and cancelled our account as we are not going to pay for service when they are unequipped and unable to supply it. They don't even have any technical support available after hours. She's the only one who answers the phone there.

She obviously doesn't care to grow her business and should probably give up trying now as we have alerted everyone we know to beware of AvanTek, LLC and the ignorant woman in the office.

We now have AirTel and are very happy!!! If your thinking of getting AvanTek, think twice...save your $45 and pay $4 more for AirTel.
