I ordered a trial sample of a face cream which cost $5.95 shipping and handling. I later found out that you have to ship the sample back within 16 days or you would automatically join their "monthly program". A month later I received a jar of the cream and was changed $44.54. I tried to call a number of times and cancel, but they would not answer their telephone.

My mistake, but I forgot about calling after a few days. Then, a month later, I got a second shipment, but this time I was charged $89.98. I called and they answered the phone on the first try; however, since the skin cream is not FDA approved and "is consumable", there is NO refund and all "sales" are final. So, my FREE sample cost me $140.47 which is partly MY fault; however, this product is not worth it, and you should not fall for the "free" trial sample.
