Thomas Dixon is the owner of Avanti Business Partners.  He has been successful at advertising on airlines in the past but is a chronic alcoholic. My self and a couple of other business owners have been taken advantage of during one of the short interludes of his sobriety.  You used to be able to go to Avanti's facebook page and see our complaints.  They were on there for several months during which time he was in detox.  Apparently he took those off at some point so he must have been released.  Long story short, I talked with several of his other clients and they attest to a similar experience.  They were approached by a smooth talking, big promising, sales guy named Tommy Dixon just to pay thousands of dollars and wait to see if he would fulfill on his commitments or start drinking again.

While I feel bad for him because alcoholism is a disease, I would recommend that you do not work with him.  He will want you to pay in advance of your adds running because he does not have any money and needs your money to go to print.  If you choose to work with him, you are taking a big risk that he will turn back to the bottle before he fulfills on his committment.  He clearly works out of the home of someone that is taking care of him--probably family.  He has no office and any of his 'employees' quickly disapear once he goes back to rehab.  I got the cell phone number of one of these 'employees' which is how I got the inside information.

If you are not convinced, insist that he give you net 30 terms after the adds start running, or go see him at his 'office'.  Come to find out, he was living and doing business out of his deceased mothers garage in Visalia California when he sold to us.

I just wanted to warn others in a way that cannot be controlled by an infrequently sober alcoholic.  I hope he can recover and actually stay sober some day but I strongly recommend not trusting him with your money.
