Ava's Flowers/Justin Cerciello or Danielle Grosin? RIPPED OFF MY 75-YEAR-OLD MOTHER, CHARGED HER CREDIT CARD, DID NOT DELIVER, HUNG UP ON US WHEN WE CALLED THEM! New York New York

FBI report I filed against Ava's Flowers as an Internet scam, read on.  Do not click on the link for Ava's Flowers when looking for a local florist to send flowers to someone, they look like a local florist but the company is in New York, and they take your credit card payment and then do not pay the local florist, who does not deliver the flowers because they have not been paid! 

Do not do any business with them, ever.  On May 3, 2013, my 75-year-old mother who lives in Washington state, put the search term "florist soldotna alaska" in a seach engine, and up popped Ava's Flowers.  They made it appear that they were a florist in Soldotna, but they misrepresent themselves as being local florists, when they in fact act like brokers, like FTD or 1-800-FLOWERS. They take your credit card order, then call a local florist in your town and say that their manager will call back with payment, and then they never call the local florist with payment, after they have charged the full amount to the credit card of the person ordering, in this case my elderly mother trying to send me birthday flowers!  Then when each of us callled Ava's Flowers separately, I was transferred around to nine different people (I am not kidding) who could barely speak English, and they made me keep spelling my name over and over, and three of them hung up or disconnected me, on purpose, just to not process the call.  My mother had the same experience when she called Ava's flowers, and this was 5 days after the order she placed, and the flowers had not arrived.  The local florist said they never paid her, and that's why they were not delivered, and I know the local florist and she is telling the truth.  My mom had to call teh fraud department at her credit card company and now has to file a fraud report because Ava's Flowers charged her credit card and never processed the order.  They hung up on her, too.  Ava's Flowers is a rip-off, fraudulent credit card operation and it is very cruel when someone orders flowers for an occasion that is deeply important to them and then Ava's Flowers takes their money and the person for whom the flowers were ordered never gets them. 

Imagine if this happened on Mother's Day to your mom!  Or what about a funeral arrangement?  A new baby, your girlfriend's birthday?  What they did to my elderly mother was heartbreaking.  It took us hours of time to try to sort it out, and now she feels so badly about it, I'm sure she'll never try to order flowers online again.  It is absolutely ruthless what they do.  DO NOT do business with Ava's Flowers, ever!
