I would like to be anonymous in this reply. I was a former employee of this so called outbound Callcenter or Avater technologies, Avatar technologies is already gone, they actually changed there name to "VOICELESS TECHNOLOGIES" , though I was terminated basically for asking the companies background. we are located in 

GROUND FLOOR CORNERSTONE BUSINESS CENTER, ISA AVENUE, BRGY. SAN RAFAEL, MANDURRIAO, ILOILO CITY, Philippines 5000

so since I'm not with the comapany anymore let me tell you guys more of what they usually do in this shitty company, we have what we call "the dialers" these are guys that basically takes incoming calls and pitches necessary sales pitches to prospects. then after the prospects bites in, they transfer it to the verifiers, and we they are the ones that verify if the prospect is sure. it actually depends on what campaign you are assigned to. some asks for donations claiming to be the National Patrolmens Army, or like a Breast Cancer Association, etc. we usually ask for a minimum of 15$ for each prospect with this campaign, there is also a campaign which is selling pain creams,, or security alarm systems, or even Life and Health insurances (termLife insurance). then with the campaigns that sells things, after the verifiers made sure that the prospect is okay, they then transfer this to the "REAL" company and mark or tag it as a sale.

for our salary, dialers were paid like 75 pesos/hr and and verifiers are like 89 pesos/hr, and in dollars thats $.53/hr for dialers  and 2.22$/hr for verifiers, thats actually very reasonable here in the Philippines but when I did research it was like supposed to be 5$/hr for just the dialers, I don't know how could a bad thing be another much worse thing.

I want this company taken down, REAAAAL BAD.
