After we spoke today at 8/41:2016 @ 11:30. The community is responsible to provide a healthy apt to live in since this are Rentals.
Over the year. I had all this problems
-Brocken fridge.
-broken dishwasher.
-broken bathtub.
-change my bathroom cabinets since they have termites .
- Mould , and you guys fixed it twice
- ac was broken for more then 3 days
-fleas
-accusing me I bring the flees in my apt ? Are u serious ?
- disrespectful staff asking about my underwater and drinking my Beer as well.
-1 week to get my washer n dryer when they told me it was going to be in 3 days.
-noise all day long !!! Renovating other Apts. since Dade county is asking your community to keep their standards policy.
-violating my privacy. When I come home I see your maintenance employee in my apt, without a permission.
- accusing me the I broke my living room chair. ? Why I would do that ? Are u serious ?
