We paid for both an engagement and wedding session, as well as two albums. However, we got nothing that we paid for. No albums. No CD with high res pictures. Not even a returning phone call. We did receive 6 photos from our engagement session as a "gift" for us to display at the ceremony.
She was easy to work with throughout the sessions, and even offered to be a "shoulder to cry on" when the stress got rough. But all that changed once the checks cleared. The timeline stated in the contract has long since passed, and despite numerous attempts to contact her, I have not heard anything back.
It was hard enough to lose all that money (almost $4,000), but the thing that hurts the most is that I'll never have those memories. This was one of the most important days of my life, and I have nothing to show for it. Please don't risk being taken advantage of.
